Administrative Fellowship Program
Applying for the St. Joseph Fellowship
Our team is looking for leaders who exhibit academic excellence and possess
relevant experience. Ideal fellows possess the ability to analyze information
and act independently and proactively, while remaining organized and manage
their time effectively. As an Administrative Fellow, you may be balancing
multiple healthcare projects. Industry experience is preferred.
Our mission and values are a deep and crucial part of our work at St. Joseph.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate our core values of Dignity, Service,
Excellence and Justice.
To apply, candidates must meet the following academic requirements.
A candidate must earn a MSHA, MPH, MBA or MHA from a CAHME-, AASB-, or
CEPH-accredited program emphasizing healthcare management prior to applying.
Candidates must have received a 3.5 GPA or above while completing the above
certification. If a candidate has completed the didactic curriculum of
his or her program, but needs to complete a fellowship in order to earn
a Master’s Degree, his or her application will be considered. In
any case, prior experience in healthcare is preferred.
St. Joseph Health is a member of the
National Council on Administrative Fellowships (NCAF), a collaboration of leading administrative fellowship sites and
graduate health management programs, to improve the application process
and fellowship experience.
St. Joseph Health will be participating in the National Administrative
Fellowship Centralized Application Service (NAFCAS). NAFCAS is a simplified
