Queen of the Valley Wellness Center Hosts "Senior Wellness Day"

(Napa, CA) - Synergy, a Medical Fitness Center, at Queen of the Valley Medical Center, is
hosting a FREE event to showcase Synergy’s Senior Wellness services – and help Napa area Seniors continue to get the most out of life.

On May 6th from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., Synergy will host a "Senior Wellness Day." The day’s events will
include FREE demonstrations of fitness and wellness programs including Zumba Gold, Tai Chi, Warm
Water exercises and more. Synergy will also provide FREE chair massages, blood pressure readings, cholesterol screening, along with booths on a variety of health and wellness services offered by our Wellness Center, such as diabetes wellness, rehabilitation, dietitian, acupuncture, a healing writing group, and more. (Full schedule follows below.)

Participants can sign in at the door to win a FREE one-hour massage or session with a esthetician,
stress management counselor or nutritionist at the Wellness Center. (Three contest winners will be
notified by May 30, 2011. Prizes must be used by July 30, 2011).

Seniors (ages 65+) who attend are also eligible for a special Synergy membership enrollment rate of $75 between May 6th and May 13th. New members will also receive one hour of personal training, a 30-minute session with a dietitian and unlimited access to group orientations as part of this special offer. (Sign-in at the door is required.)
