Pardon Our Dust: We're Refreshing Our Main Entrance

As part of our ongoing effort to create a welcoming environment for our patients and visitors, Queen of the Valley is excited to announce we will refresh the main entrance. During renovations, the main entrance will temporarily close and the gift shop, information/concierge desk, and admissions will be relocated. To view the map, click here.

Where should I enter the building while construction is ongoing?

Starting Monday, November 14, please use the entrance located behind the large Christmas tree, in the old hospital building.

Where should patients go to be admitted?

Starting Monday, November 14, admissions will be located the old hospital building (where the outpatient lab was formerly located).

Where can I find the gift shop?

Effective Thursday, November 3, the gift shop will be located in the old hospital building, where the volunteer office is located.​

Ask the information/concierge desk, which will be located in the lobby of the old hospital building beginning Monday, November 14, or call (707) 252-4411 and ask to speak to the operator.
