Don joined the Board of Trustees in 1997.  He served as Chair of the Board of Trustees in 2000 and 2001.  He chaired the highly successful capital campaign, Partners for a Healthy Napa Valley, raising more than $14 million.

Don is a knowledgeable, retired senior level executive from the insurance industry with tremendous breadth of experience in strategic and financial planning.

He has been a resident of Napa for over 17 years and has served and led many professional and community organizations. Don has been a leader on the Queen of the Valley Hospital Foundation for many years.  He also served on other hospital foundation Boards including Alta Bates and Mills-Peninsula.
