2007 Gallup 'Great Workplace' Awardee

The Gallup Organization awarded St. Joseph Health (SJHS), the health system of which Queen of the Valley Medical Center is a part of, one of its highest honors – the 2007 Great Workplace Award. St. Joseph Health System is among only a dozen organizations worldwide to receive this award. The Gallup “Great Workplace Awards” are based on the most rigorous workplace research ever conducted. A panel of workplace experts selected the 12 award-winning organizations. St. Joseph Health System is among the winners because its results demonstrate SJHS has one of the most productive and engaged workplaces in the world.
