Childbirth Preparation

Perinatal / Postnatal Education

This course is a 3-class session held the first, second, and third Tuesdays of every
month. Course includes an overview of labor and pain management
techniques, cesarean deliveries, and what to expect on the big day.
Options, including a flexible birth plan and medications will
be discussed. Registration required.
