Understanding the Importance of Early Detection
Getting regular screening checks as well as consistent check-ups can significantly lower the risk of breast cancer fatality. Our screening tests can detect symptoms of breast cancer early, especially when the chance of survival is at its highest. In fact, according to the American Cancer Association, cancer patients who detected breast cancer in the earliest stages of prognosis have had a 100% 5-year relative survival rate. Many of these patients live much longer than 5 years after diagnosis, most live full, rich lives.
The Breast Cancer Center is also located in the Wellness Center Building (2nd Floor of the Queen of the Valley Medical Center). If you would like to schedule an appointment, contact us today. We would be happy to inform you of what to expect or answer any questions regarding your upcoming appointment.
