Acute Rehabilitation

The only facility of its kind in the region, Queen of the Valley Medical Center's Acute Rehabilitation Center specializes in caring for adults who need intensive and comprehensive rehabilitation therapies. Treatment plans based on extensive evaluations of a patient's abilities and potential address a patient's physical, cognitive, social and emotional needs. Physicians, nurses, therapists, and other rehab specialists work as a team to help patients function to their fullest ability and make the transition back into everyday life as smooth as possible. Families are encouraged to participate in all patient care activities and receive help preparing for a patient's return home.
