St. Joseph Health Hospitals in Northern California Recognized as High Performing by US News & World Report

Four St. Joseph Health hospitals in Northern California were recognized by US News & World Report as High Performing for their performance in treating a variety of commonly occurring conditions and medical procedures.

“At St. Joseph Health, we are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients,” said Kevin Klockenga, Regional Chief Executive for St. Joseph Heath, Northern California. “We are pleased to be recognized once again for our unwavering commitment to providing personalized, compassionate care and the best outcomes to our patients.”

The publication ranked more than 4,500 medical centers in the U.S. focusing on a variety of specialties, procedures and conditions and only a small minority of hospitals achieved the “high performing” distinction. A total of 27 Providence St. Joseph Health facilities were recognized, including the following St. Joseph Health, Northern California hospitals that were noted for the exceptional care they provide in the procedures listed below:

Queen of the Valley Medical Center (Napa)

  • Congestive Heart Failure

  • Knee Replacement

Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital

  • Congestive Heart Failure

  • Knee Replacement

Redwood Memorial Hospital (Fortuna)

  • Hip Replacement

  • Knee Replacement

St. Joseph Hospital (Eureka)

  • Congestive Heart Failure

  • Colon Cancer Surgery
