Classes, Events, and Programs for the Whole Community

As part of Queen of the Valley’s commitment to the community, we offer a broad array of classes, events and programs.  We recognize that a healthy lifestyle demands that people be informed about the latest tools, techniques, technology and research so that they can make appropriate choices and live better, happier, healthier.  We also understand the important role support groups can play when trying to deal with a specific health concern.

From arthritis pain management to the tranquility of yoga, from childbirth preparation to the concerns of the elderly, we offer something for everybody. Search our hospital calendar for a list of classes and support groups, in addition to community events and health screenings.
