Sr. Jane DeLisle, CSJ
Sister Jane DeLisle, CSJ currently serves on the Leadership Team of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange with an emphasis on on-going formation, spirituality and education of the members and partners in ministry. She is also the General Secretary for the Congregation.
In thirty seven years of ministry she has served as Executive Director of the Center for Spiritual Development in Orange, as administrator, spiritual director, presenter, and mentor. Before that time she was the Vocation and Formation director for the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange, a position held for nine years. Her early years of ministry were as a Catholic School teacher and principal.
Sister Jane’s Board experience is diverse having served on the National Board of the National Religious Vocation Conference for six years and on the Region XIV Board of the Leadership Conference of Women Religious. More recently she served seven years as a Trustee at St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley and two years at St. Jude Hospital in Fullerton, California.
She holds a Masters Degree in Education from University of San Francisco; an undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University in History and Religious Studies. She also holds a California Teaching Credential, Religious Education Certificate, and Certificates in Spiritual Direction.
