WAITING AREAS

Waiting areas are designed to provide a comfortable place for families to rest and relax when visiting a patient.  Sleeping is not permitted in the waiting areas.  It is best to go home if you or a family member is tired.

Please do not bring large groups to the waiting areas.  If you have a large family or group of people, we ask that you use the Lobby and Cafeteria areas as much as possible to help minimize noise and maintain a safe environment. 

THE QUEEN'S CAFÉ

The Queen's Café is located down the hall form the Lobby and across from the first elevator.  The Café is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with plenty of indoor seating and an adjacent outdoor patio.  Hot meals are served 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., and 4:00p.m. - 6:00 p.m.  At all times, vending machines are available to serve snacks and drinks.

GIFT SHOP - THE QUEEN'S COLLECTION

The Queen’s Collection is located next to the Lobby by the main medical center entrance.  The Queen’s Collection offers a wide variety of unique items for the home and gifts for all ages, including flowers for patients.  Take this link to visit The Queen’s Collection on-line store.

Visitors who require access to an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) have 24-hour access in the Queen's Café

SMOKING LOCATIONS

 
Queen of the Valley is committed to providing a smoke-free environment.  Smoking is not permitted inside the hospital.  There are designated smoking areas outside the hospital.  Ask the Concierge or the nursing staff for directions if you can’t find a designated smoking location.
