Queen of the Valley Medical Center Introduces New and Improved "da Vinci" Robotic Surgery System

(Napa, CA) –Queen of the Valley Medical Center was one of the first hospitals on the West Coast to install the "da Vinci" Robotic Surgery System. Our surgical robot was recently upgraded to help our doctors perform many more complex types of surgery using minimally invasive techniques.

"The Queen has been doing robotically assisted surgeries since 2002. But our new, updated da Vinci surgical system brings a lot of new and improved capabilities to the Napa Valley," says Napa surgeon Dr. Susana Gonzalez. "It comes with all the very latest positioning, guiding and monitoring capabilities. Now, even more lifesaving and health improving procedures can now be accomplished through tiny incisions with less discomfort, less scarring and less hospital time for our patients."

We invite our community to Join us for a demonstration of our new da Vinci Robotic System learn about this revolutionary new surgical tool.
